Free shipping for all orders in the contiguous U.S. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA.
Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 7 business days after placing the order. You have the options to choose faster shipping if you pay additional cost.

Shipping Orders
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through www.fogattiliving.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Sales Tax
Products are priced without tax and customers are required to pay tax. Tax rates and locations where sales tax needs to be charged is according to US and state tax laws.

Shipping and Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA. Orders are shipped via our US warehouse 4PX, 5880 west Fuqua Street, Suite 200 TX United States.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
