Refund Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and be accompanied with a return authorization number(RAN).

To start a return, you can contact us at service@fogattiliving.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at service@fogattiliving.com.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 10 business days. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost unless you received a damaged product or the wrong product was sent to you, in which case we will also pay the return shipping cost.



Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


How to Return
To return an item you'll need to obtain a Return Authorization number(RAN). You can get a RAN by contacting us via email service@fogattiliving.com.


Write the Return Authorization number(RAN) on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RAN should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Fogatti. Do not write RAN on the actual box. Packages without RAN on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
